Birds Atlantic is a Brazilian travel agency specializing in birdwatching and photography in the southeastern Atlantic Forest, based in the Agulhas Negras region, founded in 2018 by guides Jorge Lucas Moreira and Karoline Dutra Zamluti, from Resende/RJ.
Since childhood, both have cultivated a passion for being in nature, and in their youth, photography became a tool for getting closer to wildlife, especially birds.
Birds Atlantic currently offers tours to observe and/or photograph birds and wildlife. In addition to the tours, they also offer photography workshops on birds in motion/flight and image editing. In addition to individual classes in person or online.
Birds Atlantic, with its beautiful photos, has already participated in photography books, interviews and publications in the scientific magazine Nature Climate Change, Terra da Gente, BBC Brasil and the newspaper O Globo.

Jorge Lucas Moreira is a certified lead guide in Latin America and co-owner of Birds Atlantic Photo Tours. With experience photographing birds in flight and in motion, he also teaches workshops, classes and lectures on the subject. Jorge has an exceptional ability to identify birds by their songs, a keen eye and a deep respect for animal welfare. He communicates in English and Portuguese and is fully qualified to lead and assist photographers and birdwatchers in several important locations in the Atlantic Forest of southeastern Brazil, ensuring unforgettable experiences in nature.
Karoline Zamluti is a qualified travel agency and co-owner of Birds Atlantic Photo Tours, where she develops personalized itineraries focused on photography and wildlife observation with an emphasis on birds, ensuring unforgettable experiences in the best hotspots of the Atlantic Forest in Brazil. She is also a certified guide but her main activity is agency.
